When abnormal growth of "brain cells" in the brain starts to happen in a harmful way, it is eaten by brain cancer. A group of abnormal cells in the brain is called a brain tumor.
Some brain tumors are benign and some are malignant. Brain tumors can also occur directly in the brain or can form in the spinal cord and go to the brain, in both cases brain cancer is formed. Brain tumors, whether benign or malignant, should both be taken seriously because the brain is the central organ that controls other organs and systems of the body.
The first stage is the condition of a brain tumor which it can be easily cured by treating it. In this condition, the cells grow slowly. In the first stage, the tumor has not spread to other parts of the brain, so the tumor can be easily removed through surgery by opening the skull. This stage can also be treated through chemotherapy and radiation therapy. With the right treatment, the life of the patient increases.
Stage 2
After the first stage, the tumor starts spreading, it is called the second stage. In this phase, the cells start looking a bit unusual, but the growth is gradual. Apart from the brain, the cells start spreading to other parts of the body. In the second stage, if the cancer is not diagnosed, the tumor starts growing. Later on, it can be very fatal. In this stage, it is possible to cure the tumor with chemotherapy.
Stage 3
By reaching the third stage, the cells have become very lethal. The cells start to look very abnormal and spread very quickly to the tissues around the brain. In the third stage, the brain is not able to work properly at all. The patient also finds it difficult to balance the body. Fever and vomiting occur due to the growth of tumors in the brain. In this stage, treatment is possible with radiation therapy.
Stage 4
This is the last stage of cancer. It is also called the terminal stage. Cells start growing abnormally very rapidly and they spread throughout the body. In this stage, the cells completely damage the body. It becomes difficult to identify these cells even by medical examination. This
Treatments such as chemotherapy, radiotherapy, and laser therapy may be suggested in this stage, but to no avail. Usually the patient does not survive after reaching this stage.
